This Gojiberry review is for anyone deciding whether an intent-signal AI sales agent is the right bet for their outbound. Gojiberry does one thing well: it spots people on LinkedIn who are already showing buying signals and messages them fast. Where buyers get stuck is everything around that core - LinkedIn is the only channel it sends on itself, email means adding a second tool, contact volume is capped, and it's unclear how much control you keep over the AI's words. We went through Gojiberry's own site and its verified public reviews to answer the questions prospects actually ask before they buy.

Disclosure: we build ACA, which competes with Gojiberry in some areas. Gojiberry facts below come from their own site or from Trustpilot, and we've included where Gojiberry is the better pick. Many "Gojiberry review" pages online are affiliate content, so we've left them out as sources.

TL;DR: Gojiberry Review in 60 Seconds

Gojiberry is a fast-to-start choice for a solo founder or small team whose buyers live on LinkedIn. It gets harder to justify once you need email or other channels without adding more tools, several senders, strict brand-voice control, or volume past a fixed contact cap.

    What Is Gojiberry?

Gojiberry is an AI sales agent that finds LinkedIn prospects showing buying intent and sends them personalized outreach automatically. You give it your website, it works out who you sell to, then watches for "buying and social signals" such as people engaging with competitors, following relevant companies, or being active in spaces tied to your market. When someone matches, the agent writes and sends the message.

It connects to HubSpot, Pipedrive and Claude, and lists API and MCP integrations. The pitch is speed: the homepage promises "3 minutes to set up" and first results the same day.

The idea behind it is sound. A lead who just engaged with a competitor's post is warmer than a row in a purchased database, and Trustpilot reviewers regularly mention a steady flow of new leads as the main win.

    Gojiberry Pricing and Limits

Gojiberry pricing has two tiers, both shown on the homepage (there is no separate pricing page):

    • Pro - $99/month: 2 AI agents and up to 1,800 prospects contacted per month.
    • Custom: for sales teams of 5 or more, with a custom number of agents and contact volume. No public price.

The limit people ask about is easy to underestimate. 1,800 contacts a month is roughly 80-90 per working day across both agents. For one founder doing their own outbound, that is plenty. For an agency running outbound for five clients, it's about 360 contacts per client per month, before follow-ups or tests.

After that the only route is Custom, which means a sales call and a quote. Gojiberry is priced per agent and per contact volume, so your cost goes up with your outbound volume.

There's a second cost that isn't on the pricing card: if you want email in the mix, you pay for a separate email tool too (more on that below). Compare the real total, not just $99.

Does Gojiberry Do Cold Email or Just LinkedIn?

This is the most searched Gojiberry question. The short answer: Gojiberry sends natively on LinkedIn only. Email and other social channels run through integrations with third-party tools. The homepage talks about "email and socials", but that outreach goes out through whatever external tool you connect, not through Gojiberry's own infrastructure.

    In practice that means:

    • A second subscription: you need a separate cold email tool, with its own plan and its own limits.
    • Deliverability sits somewhere else: mailboxes, warmup, rotation and bounce handling are managed in that other tool, not in Gojiberry.
    • Replies are split up: LinkedIn replies and email replies come back to different places unless you wire them together.
    • More moving parts: every integration is another thing that can break or fall out of sync.

And there's a bigger issue: if your buyers aren't active on LinkedIn, an agent that finds and contacts leads through LinkedIn will find fewer of them. Think plant managers, trades, healthcare practices, or markets where WhatsApp is the main business channel.

If that's you, look at a multi-channel outreach setup where email, LinkedIn and messaging run natively in one sequence, and a step can switch channel when a lead doesn't respond. That way you don't need n8n or Zapier to connect the tools.

How Much Control Do You Have Over the AI Copy?

Gojiberry offers two modes: let the agent send on its own, or approve every message before it goes out. Approval mode is the right default for anyone who cares about their brand, and it's good that it exists.

But approving 80 messages a day one by one isn't really an option. At volume you need the rules baked in so the drafts come out right the first time. Gojiberry's public site doesn't say how far you can go in setting brand-voice rules or fixed templates, so test it during the trial.

Before you buy any AI outreach tool, test these four things:

    1. Voice rules: Can you give it a written brand voice (words to avoid, tone, length) that applies to every message?
    2. Fixed structure: Can you require a specific framework, like observation, then relevance, then a soft ask?
    3. Variables that fail safe: If a field is empty, does it skip the lead or send "Hi {{first_name}}"?
    4. Per-step editing: Can you hand-write step 1 and let AI write the follow-ups, or is it all or nothing?

In ACA, brand voices, products and ICPs are reusable library items. Every sequence and AI reply draws on them, so the rules are set once instead of fixed message by message. You can also write any step by hand, and the AI reply agent can run in draft mode so a human sends the final message.

Deliverability and Account Safety: Who Owns the Risk?

Two questions from buyers come down to the same thing: "What happens to deliverability when an AI agent handles email?" and "How do I stop my LinkedIn and email accounts getting flagged?"

Account safety means keeping every sender under the volume and behavior limits that trigger platform restrictions, while keeping bounce and spam-complaint rates low enough that inbox providers keep trusting your domain. No tool can promise zero risk. What separates tools is whether you can see and control the levers.

With Gojiberry, email deliverability is handled by whichever third-party email tool you connect. That can work fine, but it means the AI deciding who to contact and the system protecting your domains are two separate products that don't share the full picture.

    For LinkedIn

    • Keep daily connection requests and messages well under LinkedIn's weekly ceilings, and ramp new accounts up slowly.
    • Spread volume across several accounts rather than pushing one hard.
    • Use cloud or API-based sending with consistent sessions instead of browser extensions that act like bots.

    For email

    • Never cold email from your main domain. Use separate, warmed-up sending domains.
    • Warm up every new mailbox for 2-4 weeks before real volume. See our email warmup guide.
    • Keep each mailbox to a low daily volume and rotate across many mailboxes.
    • Verify emails before sending and stop a sequence automatically when bounce rates rise.

So yes, you need to warm up separate domains whichever tool you use. The "3-minute setup" claim covers the agent. It doesn't cover the 2-4 weeks a new sending domain needs to earn inbox trust. Our cold email deliverability guide covers the full checklist.

ACA runs email natively: you connect your own mailboxes (Google, Microsoft 365 or your own mail server), set a daily cap per mailbox, rotate automatically across a pool, and get domain health tracking plus sequence-level bounce guards that pause sending before a domain burns. All of that happens in the same tool that runs your LinkedIn steps.

Can You Trust Gojiberry's Intent Data?

Intent data is only as good as its sources, and Gojiberry's site doesn't spell out exactly which sources feed its signals beyond "buying and social signals".

Any signal tool has the same weakness. "Engaged with a competitor's post" catches buyers, but it also catches the competitor's own employees, job seekers, and other vendors selling into the same market. Expect false positives, especially in the first weeks.

    How to test it properly:

    1. Run the agent in approve-before-send mode for the first two weeks.
    2. Check the first 50 leads by hand: are they real buyers, or competitors and job seekers?
    3. Turn off the signal types that produce mostly noise.
    4. Only switch to full automation once the hit rate is where you want it.

For more on how signal data works and where it fails, see our guide to B2B intent data.

What Real Users Say: Reviews, Billing and Support

People ask whether independent Gojiberry reviews exist, or whether most of the content comes from the company. Fair question: many "Gojiberry review" and "Gojiberry alternatives" pages ranking today are affiliate content. The most useful independent source is verified reviews on Trustpilot:

    • Rating: 4.4/5 from 79 reviews when we checked (September 2026). The split is sharp: about 87% five-star and about 13% one-star, with almost nothing in between.
    • Positive themes: ease of use, time saved, steady lead flow, responsive support.
    • Negative themes: one reviewer asked for a refund on a trial that had renewed without warning and was told it couldn't be processed; a smaller number described slow support.

Our take: treat that 4.4 with caution. A profile with almost no 2, 3 or 4-star reviews is unusual for a real user base. It can mean the company pushed happy users to leave reviews, or worse, that some reviews aren't genuine. We can't verify which. Before trusting the score, click into the 5-star reviewers: one-review accounts, vague praise with no detail, and lots of reviews posted in the same few days are all red flags. Weight detailed, specific reviews (good or bad) far above the star average. On billing, the practical step is the same for any tool: set a calendar reminder a few days before your trial ends, and read the refund terms before you enter a card.

    Gojiberry vs ACA: Side-by-Side

These tools solve different problems. Gojiberry is a focused LinkedIn intent-signal agent. ACA is a full outbound and content system for agencies. Here's how they compare on the questions buyers ask most:

    Who Should Choose Which

    Choose Gojiberry if...

    • You're a solo founder or a team of 1-3 doing your own outbound.
    • Your buyers are active on LinkedIn (SaaS, agencies, B2B services).
    • LinkedIn alone is enough, or you already pay for an email tool you're happy with.
    • You want results this week and don't want to build sequences yourself.
    • Under 1,800 contacts a month covers what you need.

Gojiberry genuinely does this better than a build-it-yourself platform: time to first lead is shorter, and the signal-finding is done for you.

Choose an alternative like ACA if...

    • You want email, LinkedIn and messaging channels native in one tool, not stitched together.
    • You're an agency running outbound for several clients and need separate workspaces.
    • Your buyers aren't on LinkedIn, or you need WhatsApp, SMS or Instagram in the mix.
    • You need to own your email infrastructure and see deliverability clearly.
    • You want strict brand-voice rules applied to every message, not approval clicks.
    • Your outbound volume will grow past a fixed contact cap.

If you're weighing up the switch, the ACA community is where operators share their actual sequences, sender limits and warmup setups.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    How much does Gojiberry cost?

Gojiberry's Pro plan is $99/month and includes 2 AI agents and up to 1,800 prospects contacted per month. Teams of 5 or more go on a Custom plan with quoted pricing. If you add email, the separate email tool is an extra cost. Figures were checked on the Gojiberry homepage on 30 September 2026.

    Does Gojiberry do cold email?

Not natively. Gojiberry sends on LinkedIn itself; email and other social channels go through integrations with third-party tools. So you need a separate cold email tool, and that tool handles your mailboxes, warmup and deliverability.

    Is Gojiberry good for agencies?

It works for small agencies with a handful of clients whose buyers use LinkedIn. With several clients, the 1,800-contact Pro cap gets split thin, and you'll need the Custom plan plus a separate email tool. Agencies that need client isolation, white-label or native multi-channel usually do better on a platform built for that.

Do I need to warm up domains with Gojiberry?

Yes, if you add email. Whatever tool sends your cold email needs separate, warmed-up sending domains to protect your main domain's reputation. Allow 2-4 weeks of warmup before sending real volume.

What is the best Gojiberry alternative?

It depends on the gap. For LinkedIn-only scale across many accounts, HeyReach is a common pick. For native multi-channel outbound with your own email infrastructure, a unified inbox and agency workspaces, ACA covers more of the stack in one tool.

    Can I cancel Gojiberry easily?

Most Trustpilot reviews don't mention cancellation problems, but at least one reviewer reported a trial renewing without notice and a refund being refused. Check the terms before you start and set a reminder before your trial ends.
